The use of laser welding to secure precious metals on the electrodes ensures unmatched structural strength. The ultra-thin tip of the iridium electrode concentrates the electric charge, requiring less voltage from the ignition coil to produce a spark. This guarantees a quick cold start of the engine in winter and prevents misfires at high RPMs. The platinum insert on the side electrode minimizes its burnout, allowing the plugs to work steadily up to 100,000 kilometers, maintaining the engine's original performance characteristics.

Protective Properties and Sealing

The metal body of the spark plug has a special galvanic coating that prevents corrosion and facilitates the removal of the part during scheduled maintenance. The insulator made of high-purity alumina ceramic has high dielectric strength, preventing voltage breakdown to the body. The internal seal made of a mixture of glass powder and graphite ensures complete sealing of the connection between the center electrode and the terminal, preventing gas leakage from the cylinder and overheating of ignition system elements.
