Since 1999, the estate has been a member of the VDP, striving to create unique wines. They hand select all the grapes and grow them organically. The excellent wines and sparkling drinks of Wein- und Sektgut Barth are made from grapes selected from their best plots. The exclusive taste is ensured by gentle pressing of the harvest and traditional bottle fermentation, the most refined process in the production of sparkling drinks.
